The annual tournament is played in memory of Ryan Fischer. All proceeds from the tournament go to the Ryan Fischer Athletics Scholarship Fund at the University of South Carolina. The scholarship is awarded to a Virginia student attending the University of South Carolina, who embodies the qualities of Ryan we all hold so dear.
